TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
When you shop in WOW PARK’s webshop, the following terms apply.
The webshop facilitates the sale of tickets, annual passes, and gift cards, among other things.
WOW PARK online tickets are valid as admission to WOW PARK until the expiration date stated on the ticket, on any open day during the season. See opening hours on our website.
Please note that online tickets, annual passes, and gift cards that are not used before the stated expiration date will expire without any further compensation.
PRICES
All stated prices are in DKK and include 25% VAT and other taxes.
The applicable price is the one displayed in the webshop for the specific product on the day of purchase.
PAYMENT AND SECURITY
Payments can be made with Dankort, Visa/Dankort, Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, and MobilePay.
Your payment will be charged to your payment card once the ticket has been dispatched.
Credit card transactions are processed on a separate, secure server with full encryption of all credit card information. WOW PARK collaborates with ADYEN to maintain a secure payment solution, which meets all PBS requirements for secure payment solutions. Your credit card information will not be made available to any other companies or organizations.
CONCLUSION OF AGREEMENT
The purchase agreement is governed by the general rules of Danish law. The agreement becomes binding for both parties once WOW PARK has registered and received payment.
The information you provide during purchase is treated confidentially and used only for issuing and subsequently verifying the admission ticket or annual pass, as well as for sending emails with offers on admission or annual pass renewals. See also our Privacy Policy.
Please carefully review your order before completing payment to avoid any mistakes.
DELIVERY AND DELAYS
Upon purchase, an email will be sent containing the purchased tickets or access to your digital annual pass. Each ticket or pass includes a unique QR code, which must be scannable either on your mobile device or as a printed copy.
Remember to check your spam or junk folder. WOW PARK is not responsible for delivery delays caused by technical issues.
If, contrary to expectations, you do not receive the email or if the tickets are otherwise lost, replacement tickets can be issued, thereby automatically cancelling the original tickets.
It is your responsibility to check that the information in your email confirmation and tickets is correct.
REDEMPTION
Each ticket and annual pass is equipped with a unique QR code, which is scanned at the entrance to the park. You can go directly to the entrance and scan the QR code.
The QR code on a ticket can only be redeemed once; therefore, only the first ticket presented at the entrance will be honoured. Any subsequent copies will be rejected as invalid.
The QR code on an annual pass is valid for one year from the date of purchase and can be used during that period. The annual pass is personal and is registered with a photo of you, which will be checked periodically at the entrance.
It is your responsibility to ensure that all information is correct at all times. In cases of lending, transferring, or other misuse, the annual pass will be revoked and blocked.
RESERVATIONS
On particularly busy days, WOW PARK reserves the right to close the park for safety reasons. Pre-purchased tickets and annual passes do not guarantee admission to WOW PARK on a specific day. Admission is granted on a first-come, first-served basis.
For safety reasons, we also reserve the right to ask guests to leave the park, and we reserve the right to change the park’s opening hours and days, close attractions, points of sale, and events without any claim for refund of part of the value of the ticket or annual pass.
FORCE MAJEUR
WOW PARK cannot be held liable under the agreement or for compensation when an event (force majeure) occurs beyond WOW PARK’s control. This includes but is not limited to war, threats of war, natural disasters, nuclear disasters, riots, civil unrest, terrorist activities or threats thereof, unfavourable weather conditions, fire, import bans, health crises, epidemics and similar outbreaks of disease, quarantines, and isolation measures imposed by national authorities.
REFUNDS
According to the Danish Consumer Contracts Act §18, section 2, point 12,
it is not possible to refund unused tickets, purchased annual passes, or gift
cards.
